Much of the information required by the following checklist will provide the basis of the Support Plan
1 | Job analysis undertaken (individual task analysis if required) |
2 | Confirmation of tasks agreed |
3 | On-the-job training determined, clearly identified roles and responsibilities and timeframes for review |
4 | Training to any co-workers and supervisors |
5 | Agreement on provision of feedback to the new employee |
6 | Agreement on a reasonable timeframe for review |
7 | Support plan is determined and agreed |
8 | Workplace adjustments are agreed and review schedule confirmed |
9 | Co-workers are briefed if required |
10 | Agree on action to be taken and responsibilities if there are changes to the workplace |
